1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Druid Path, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who We Are
Druid Path is published by Vixen Studios, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected]
3. Subscriptions
Druid Path offers monthly and annual Pro subscriptions managed through Google Play and Apple App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency at point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings.
4. Free Trial
New users may be offered a 14-day free trial. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. No charge is made during the trial period.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store under their respective refund policies. Vixen Studios does not process refunds directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use Druid Path for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app or its content.
7. Content
All astronomical data, Ogham content, festival lore, and Celtic calendar information is provided for personal spiritual and educational use. It is not intended as professional advice of any kind.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Druid Path available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, Vixen Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
